Strike While the Iron is Hot – Deepen Your Relationship With Prospects through Your Thank You Pages and Auto Response Emails
Whether a prospect responds to an email, comes to you from paid search or even signs-up for a webinar – Don’t forget to cross promote other offers through your landing pages and auto-response emails. This works exceptionally well since the prospect has already demonstrated they want to learn more about you.
In fact, I’ve seen 10 – 20% bumps in offer responses. The key is to promote something that is relevant to the offer that the prospect just responded to, and a logical step in the purchase process. For example, if a prospect just responded to a case study, provide the opportunity to sign up for a product demo. If they responded to a whitepaper, offer a link to a relevant webinar.
